By accessing and using srefcodes.app ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site.

SREF codes themselves are the intellectual property of Midjourney and are subject to Midjourney's terms of service and usage rights. We do not claim ownership over the SREF codes.
However, all images, descriptions, and other content displayed on srefcodes.app are owned by srefcodes.app. This includes all AI-generated images created using the SREF codes, their arrangements, presentations, and associated descriptions.
You may use the SREF codes shown on our site with Midjourney to create your own artwork. However, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our curated collection of images
- Scrape or systematically copy our collection of SREF codes and their associated images
- Create derivative websites or services using our curated content
- Present our collection of SREF codes and images as your own
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site:
- In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- To scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site's content for commercial purposes
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- To interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site
4. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the SREF codes will produce exactly the same results as shown in our examples, as results may vary based on Midjourney's implementation and your specific prompts.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall srefcodes.app, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
